Milky's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Milky's Story...

Milky is a beautiful girl who has made her way to Colorado all the way from Texas! She is a very loving cat that likes to cuddle in your lap, rub your legs for attention but who needs a home where she can be the only cat.  She is very playful and would love to be in a home where she can feel comfortable to explore and have her humans all to herself!

She is box trained and is an indoor cat. When Milky was young she had an accident and she suffered injuries to her tail and back legs.  However, that doesn't stop her from walking, running and playing with reckless abandon! It just means that she cannot jump to high places well.

Milky is spayed, vaccinated, healthy and ready to find her perfect home so that she can give all her love to her people!

Milky is currently with her friends over at Angels With Paws (http://www.angelswithpaws.net/) Please give them a call at (303) 274-2264 to meet Milky and fill out an adoption application!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Milky, a Denver Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Denver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
