Polly's Info...

Polly's Story...
Hi, I'm Polly, and I am looking for a new home. I got lost, and when the shelter contacted my former owner, he said just keep her. I don't know what I did, but now I am ready for a new home. I have lots of love to give, and plenty of puppy energy, too! I love to play with other dogs, and I even met Moses, the cat at the vet's office and made friends with him.

Spayed female
12-18 months old
Current on shots
Heart worm negative
Micro chipped
House and crate trained
Great with other dogs
Fine with cats
Loves children
Weighs about 46lbs

I haven't gone for walks on a leash before, so my foster Mom is working on that. I'm a quick learner too! I would love to meet you and come live with you, so please fill out an app for me! Love, Polly

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Polly, a Dripping Springs German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Dripping Springs, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Dripping Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dripping Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dripping Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dripping Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
