My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We picked up Logger when a concerned Mom reported a big dog had joined her kids in a creek where they were playing. She was afraid he'd hurt them, but when we arrived, it was clear that Logger was trying to lead them out of the water. However, we know better than to argue with Moms, so we brought him to our kennel. Frankly, we were amazed that no one came looking him for him. How could someone throw away such a handsome boy? Especially one as sweet as he is striking. In the play yard, Logger gets on well with dogs of every size and shape. A home without cats would be best for him; he's a bit too interested in them. Logger likes to play, hike and go for long walks, but he’s not crazy-busy like some of his breed. On terra firma, he's pretty mellow, but add water and he becomes a total aquanut. Swimming... splashing... soaking... he adores every minute and every single drop. And speaking of water: though we can’t be certain, we suspect this big boy may be housebroken (or he's possessed of disproportionately large storage capacities) because his kennel is always spotless. Logger would be a fabulous addition to a family and/or a great sidekick for another dog. (TIA)
