My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet baby Asher is such a lucky pup. He is about 3-4 months old. The first thing you may notice about Asher are the bare stripes across his nose. You may wonder how that happened. We know and we will share that with you. As a baby pup, Asher's mouth was taped shut and he was left in a closet for a week. Why would anyone do that you ask? There is absolutely no good reason. Thankfully baby Asher has had no behavioral issues as a result of this and he is just as well adjusted and sociable as he could possibly be and OH SO SMART! Asher loves to play in the backyard with his foster siblings. Asher is kennel trained and crate trained. He knows how to sit and he is working on stay! He is currently being fostered in Tennessee.

Once adopted Asher will travel to his new forever home via transport. For an adoption application on Asher please email esthaa82@gmail.com. His adoption fee is 460.00

PLEASE REMEMBER TO CALL AHEAD AND GIVE YOUR VET PERMISSION TO SPEAK WITH US!
All of our pets start their journey in Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted at which time they travel via transport to their new forever home. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters.
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Blues City is operated 100% by volunteers. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
