Hi there! I'm Skeeter, a buff-colored guy with tabby swirls. I'm about 5-6 months old, but only weigh in at four pounds, which means I'm probably going to be a small guy when I reach adulthood. I don't keep my svelte, boyish figure because I run around and play a lot, although I sure love to have fun running around and playing! I was the smallest of the many kittens in the barn and I ended up not getting as much nutrition as I should. And my kinked tail? I broke it in several places and it healed this way. Luckily, the caretaker of the barn brought me to where I could get the medical attention and extra food I needed and now I'm healthy and happy and show my gratitude by purring at everyone who pets me. I'll be ready to go home after November 22nd. I have to wait for that date for some sort of "tutoring." I'll also get a microchip and my rabies shot. But I can meet you before then! If you'd like to be charmed by me, call/text 502-758-4054 or email email@example.com. You can find an adoption application on humanesocietyoldhamcounty.com.
All adoptions start with an application and a meet-n-greet between the family (and, yes, that very much does include all members with fur and four legs!) and the prospective adoptee. Fees available upon request.
