Dazzy is a 5-6yo Boxer in need of a forever home.  She is absolutely adorable and such a love. She is fully house trained and has not had any accidents since living here in the foster home.    She loves affection and will put her paw on your leg if she wants you to pet her.  She's so calm, she'll even let you paint her nails purple.  She is a sensitive soul that loves to look in your eyes and lick your hands and face.  Although she doesn't answer to many of these, common nicknames for her include Princess, White Shadow, Daisy, Lovebug, Pretty Girl, and Gorgeous.  She loves walks and to take her time to smell the roses along the way. She can make it a mile but that's about her maximum. She gets pretty tired and she appears a little sore after that distance.  She is great on a leash and will follow along wherever you would like to go. However, don't let her lazy stroll fool you, she will perk up to chase squirrels and/or if sees children she wants to meet.  We just learned that she apparently also likes to chase pick up trucks, which can be dangerous if she's not in a fenced in yard.   This sweet girl sleeps all night snoring away in her happy place. She will sleep in a crate if you put her in, but she doesn't need to be in the crate at night. She sleeps quietly on the floor from about 9pm-5:30/6am without any needs. We leave her out to choose where she would like to sleep.  She would do best in a home with children. Even though she is really low key and low maintenance, you can tell that she really enjoys the stimulation of having the kids around and other dogs.  She is happy and content with a lot of people around her and giving her love.  Don't miss out on adopting your new favorite family member!

About Mostly Muttz Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Mostly Muttz Rescue is an IRS registered, 501(c)3, public charity that is an all-volunteer, foster based canine rescue striving to keep man’s best friend from dying alone in the shelter system.

We believe that every dog, regardless of health, deserves at least a fighting chance to live, to love and to be loved for the entirety of their life. At Mostly Muttz Rescue, we often choose to save dogs suffering from curable illnesses within the shelter system rather than rescuing dogs that will be easy to place.
