Huckleberry's Info...

I am already neutered, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with cats.

Huckleberry's Story...
Huckleberry is a sweet and mellow 3 months old kitten. He can be a little shy at first and will do better in a quiet atmosphere, but enjoys petting time and hold on to you like a child when you hold him. He also loves to play with other kittens, and particularly likes to cuddle with Pumpkin (the orange tabby with him on the photo)

Adoption fee for a pair is $250. $150 for one kitten. They are neutered and spayed, up to date with their vaccines, FELV/FIV tested negative, microchipped and have received full veterinary care.

Please email us at AHPHAADOPTION@GMAIL.COM to request the ADOPTION APPLICATION. We do not have a main facility and all our kittens are in foster homes

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Huckleberry, a La Jolla Russian Blue kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in La Jolla, or seeking a Russian Blue kitten from a breeder in La Jolla.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in La Jolla already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a La Jolla breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in La Jolla paves the way for another one to be saved.
