Alan and Marvin were surrendered to the shelter by their owner who was leaving Santa Cruz and couldn''t bring them with him. When arriving to the shelter in November they were extremely scared. They have since turned a corner and gained some confidence. Since they took longer to acclimate to the shelter, we assume that they would prefer a calm, quiet household without young children. Although, their previous owner told us that they have lived with a Border Collie and been around other large dogs and done fine. (They have not been around other cats or kids.)
Alan and Marvin get a long WONDERFULLY and would LOVE to be adopted together. Alan is the more shy one and Marvin may act as his crutch in times of need. They often are seen snuggling together in their kennel. These goofy guys are extremely playful and are sure to entertain you! Their previous owner told us that they used to sleep with him, cuddled in the crook of his knees. Do you have room in your bed for this dynamic duo?
