My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a female Chihuahua. I am about 2½ years old and weigh 9.4 lbs. I am spayed, heartworm negative, current on shots, micro-chipped and on flea/heartworm prevention. My adoption is $200

I was rescued from animal control where I was given up by my owner who could no longer care for me. I am on medication to control seizure. I don’t have them often and they are not severe but the medication works well so that I don’t have any while taking it. I do need to have annual blood work done just to make sure that the medication is not affecting my liver values.


Please email for an application. A New Beginning Pet Rescue, Inc. only accepts cash. We do not have the ability to accept credit or debit cards and no longer accept checks. The pets are available to be seen at our adoption events on weekends at the Petsmart in Altamonte Springs on Saturday from 11-4:30 and Sunday from 12-4:30.
