My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ryder and his brother Trooper are being fostered together. They are very close; both comforting each other in the shelter and during the transition into a foster home. They are now ready to find their forever homes. They would do great to find a home together but would be fine if separated. Ryder is the more outgoing of the two puppy brothers. He looks after his shy brother, Trooper, and stays by his side. He is 4 months old and 19lbs. Ryder likes adventure and enjoys exploring the yard with some of the bigger dogs at his foster home. Likes to watch the squirrels but is uninterested in catching them. He enjoys basking in the son and chewing on treats under a favorite tree. He’s passive with the alpha personality dogs and shows no issues with sharing food and treats. He’s great with kids and indifferent with cats. He’s excellent on a leash and is already potty trained with a doggie door. He sleeps quietly in his kennel but loves to snuggle in his person’s bed too. He’s a medium energy dog who enjoys playtime but appreciates a nice nap in his kennel. He’s not much of a barker and would be great with a family who wants to include him in family activities. He’s UTD on shots, neutered, microchipped, and started on HW preventative.

Ryder is fostered in Madison Alabama, but is not fussy about where he goes, as long as he is loved. If interested in adopting Ryder, please email info@forrescue.net, or fill out an adoption application at www.forrescue.net/dog-application.
