Luke's Story...
Hi Guys...Luke's my name. I was given to my person and then 2 weeks later his living situation changed significantly and I had to come here. So I barely had time to adjust and settle in and then once again my life changed. I need some stability in my life - an adopter who will be there for me over my lifetime. And I'm a young guy and plan to live many years. I'm social and lovable so I know we can have fun together and just chill out together, too. I'll admit that I still pull on the leash a bit but I'd love to take walks with you and we can work on that leash pulling thing. I hope you'll come for a visit and see what a sweet guy I am.
My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, up to date immunizations, nationally recognized microchip and more.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luke, a Evansville American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Evansville, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Evansville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Evansville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Evansville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Evansville paves the way for another one to be saved.
