BASH-Lap Snuggler'16's Story...
BASH - short form for Sebastian was found in a backyard, immediately running up to his rescuer to ensure with the sweetest meow he is ready for a life inside. He was clearly once a human-accustomed cat and abandoned or mistreated by his owner - but keeping his tenderness and kindness clearly apparent.
Sebastian is a kind feline soul that will look you straight into your eyes while being petted and will try to give kisses and will show his deepest gratitude with an immense purring that you are paying attention to him and giving him a little piece of your heart. He will head-butt your extended hand every chance he gets expressing his joy, contentment and affection readily apparent. We can only imagine what a loving affectionate boy he will be in his future furever home!
Sebastian a a true personal assistant that will welcome you at the door, circling around your legs letting you know how much he missed you and will enjoy playtime and attention to the fullest.

He is about 2 years young and in PERFECT health. He tested negative for FIV/FeLV and any parasites, neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped!
Please don't hesitate to inquire about this very handsome and sweet boy who is so deserving of wonderful new life; maybe with you?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BASH-Lap Snuggler'16, a New York Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in New York, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in New York.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New York already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New York breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New York paves the way for another one to be saved.
