Meet Kellie! Kellie is a 3 year old Staffordshire Terrier mix. She is such a sweet girl! Kellie is both house and crate trained. She is great with other dogs and loves to run around with them. Kellie is very socialable as she loves all people - especially kids! However, she is curious about cats, so a home without cats would be best. Kellie is a very loyal dog who loves to snuggle and just be with her people. Kellie has tested positive for heartworms; however, it is treatable. She has already started her heartworm treatment which is being fully paid for by the rescue.
We welcome people to come meet our pets at the Freedom Farm once their application has been approved.
Our Adoption Process...
. First, the potential adopter will fill out the Adoption Application which will then be reviewed, the information on the application will be verified, and references will be checked. Then, if the application is approved, a home inspection will be conducted, which will lead to a Meet and Greet with the potential adopter’s entire family and pets to ensure that the home and family will be a good match for the FFR dog.
If the applicant is approved and the environment is a good fit, the adoption will be finalized with an adoption fee to the rescue and the signing of an Adoption Contract.
