Lilly's Info...

Lilly's Story...
Lilly is everything you would want in a companion animal. She is good with other dogs and as you can see, great with kids. She knows sit and stay, and will give kisses for treats! Lilly probably had a rough life before ending up in the shelter and now it's her turn to know the love and safety of a family of her own. She will make a wonderful companion for some lucky individual or family. Lilly is about 45 lbs., and a terrier mix. She is microchipped, spayed, and current on vaccinations. Please email ppace@mac.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly, a Kingwood Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Kingwood, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Kingwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kingwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kingwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kingwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
