Foster in Molalla, OR

My name is Lulu and I am your next furbaby! I am a sweet, loving fawn girl. I am shy, and a little nervous around strangers (and I bark at people on walks, but my foster mom is working on "Quiet"). But once I get to know you, I love to snuggle and give kisses.  It's really my favorite thing to do...curl up next to you and give you sweet Boxer loves.

I have a tennis ball that I love to chase and carry around, but I don't really like other toys...yet. I love running and playing and get along well with other dogs so I could really get into a game of zoomies!  I get along with every dog I have met (I did need a slow intro a couple of times, but all was good). I am loving chasing my foster siblings around, and I am starting to be more playful, Boxer style.

I do not like to be in a crate or kennel. In fact, I escaped the kennel even with the cone-of-shame on! I really don't need to be crated though, I am a well behaved girl.  You can trust me to be on my own in the house.
I would love to have a family of my own that I can go for hikes with or car rides. Maybe a kid to play ball with, and another dog to run with. I have liked all the kids I have met, and lived with young ones previously, so I would love to have some children in my life again.

Foster Mom here, Lulu is a very sweet young lady who needs some lessons on walking on a leash (she is getting better, but still needs work).
She likes to bark at strangers, but is coming along nicely with the command "Quiet". She is a wonderful sweet girl who would make a great addition to any family.

About Northwest Boxer Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Northwest Boxer Rescue (NWBR) believes that every boxer deserves a chance to live a happy life in a loving home. Abandoned or homeless Boxers will always find shelter, medical care, and ultimately a new home through the efforts of NWBR. By working with committed volunteers and local veterinarians we are able to rescue boxers every year, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them perfect loving forever homes. Working in conjunction with city and county groups, NWBR strives to educate the public and help end animal overpopulation and needless suffering. The commitment to share the love of Boxers is never ending.

We never discriminate on the basis of health or age. Our animals are evaluated, vaccinated, spayed or neutered and receive any necessary medical treatment before they are placed in carefully screened homes.
