Our Adoption Process...

Animal Welfare League of Queen Anne's County (AWL) strives to find the best match for both person/family and for our animals looking for their long time homes. In order to foster or adopt an animal the person or family must submit a short adoption application and speak to staff.

Our adoption fees cover AWL's costs of spay and neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and assist in the continued mission of AWL to save the lives of homeless pets. Dogs are $140, Cats $35, and Small Animals (such as hamsters, etc) are $20.
