Dallas is a gorgeous 6 month old Shepherd/Hound mix that came to us a couple months ago. When you meet Dallas, you instantly love her. She is a wiggly, happy, goofy girl! Not only is she friendly as could be, but she is VERY smart and already has learned some basic commands. She LOVES to run and play, loves other dogs, and we doubt she would have an issue with cats. Dallas' only hangup is that she is a very protective dog, and was returned to us once because she became protective when new people would come over. She needs an understanding owner/family that will work with a trainer. We don't want to see this sweet girl grow up in a shelter, but we also don't want to see her end up returned again, so are open about her issues. She will be a very loving and loyal companion to whatever amazing family takes a chance on this sweet girl!

About Common Sense For Animals

About Our Shelter...

CSA was founded in 1990 by Veterinarian, Robert R Blease, DVM to provide an organization where all persons and groups can logically and intellectually discuss all issues affecting animal welfare. CSA has a "common sense" philosophy regarding food animals, wildlife, research and companion pets. We operate a No-kill Shelter and believe education and community service are our most valuable assets.
