Poor Oliver was abandoned by his owners because they simply didn't want him anymore. They knew he was at the shelter but never came to get him. He is 7yrs old and we really have no idea what kind of dog he is....our best guess is maybe Border Collie/Terrier/??? Whatever he is, he is a very unique looking dog, and is a very good size, about 45-50lbs. Oliver is a sweet dog that is laid back, well mannered, and he loves to be pet and given attention. He is decent on the leash and enjoys going for walks. He would be PERFECT for a lowkey family looking for a gentle companion. Oliver seems okay with other dogs, but he doesn't like when other dogs get aggressive with him, so other lowkey dogs in the home are a must. He is not good with cats. We would love to see Oliver go to a home that loves and appreciates him!
CSA was founded in 1990 by Veterinarian, Robert R Blease, DVM to provide an organization where all persons and groups can logically and intellectually discuss all issues affecting animal welfare. CSA has a "common sense" philosophy regarding food animals, wildlife, research and companion pets. We operate a No-kill Shelter and believe education and community service are our most valuable assets.
