Oliver's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Oliver's Story...
Poor Oliver was abandoned by his owners because they simply didn't want him anymore. They knew he was at the shelter but never came to get him. He is 7yrs old and we really have no idea what kind of dog he is....our best guess is maybe Border Collie/Terrier/??? Whatever he is, he is a very unique looking dog, and is a very good size, about 45-50lbs. Oliver is a sweet dog that is laid back, well mannered, and he loves to be pet and given attention. He is decent on the leash and enjoys going for walks. He would be PERFECT for a lowkey family looking for a gentle companion. Oliver seems okay with other dogs, but he doesn't like when other dogs get aggressive with him, so other lowkey dogs in the home are a must. He is not good with cats. We would love to see Oliver go to a home that loves and appreciates him!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oliver, a Broadway Border Collie/Feist dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Feist for sale in Broadway, or seeking a Border Collie/Feist dog from a breeder in Broadway.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Broadway already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Broadway breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Feist breeders who help with Border Collie/Feist rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Broadway paves the way for another one to be saved.
