Puppy Janet has a kind of normal name but not a really normal early start to life.  This Lab mix girl was born around July 15, 2016 and currently weighs 22 lbs.  Janet, along with two siblings, has survived the heartbreak of abandonment and being born with no future and no place to go.  Sadly, we see this all too often in this world today these babies are left with no compassion at local shelters in the south.  This little girl was left with her sister and brother in a small shelter in Tennessee where they were frightened to death and sad. But now Janet has been in a foster home with children and a knowledgeable foster mom and has come out of her puppy funk from the shelter.  Here is what foster mom Tara says about Janet:  She loves the water and to go on long walks where she can run and play and explore.  The outdoors are her favorite and naps under a shady tree is her kind of day.  She also looooooves cuddles, kisses and belly rubs and she is a big couch potato.  She loves kittens, dogs, kids…basically everyone.  Janet is super mellow.  She should grow to be about 50 pounds as an adult and she will be a treasure for a lifetime.  PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
