Where are all my lovers of my big headed football player kinda dogs? Let me introduce you to Dilly who has a quarterback build but remains a noble tenderhearted creature. Young adult, American Bulldog Dilly loves people. He loves to lean. He really loves to be loved on. Dilly does not necessarily love other dogs. He's a smart boy that knows all sorts of commands, including sit, shake, down and roll! All that but he's not good on a leash walk. He's a big solid hunk of a boy and he will pull you, but he still loves you and he'll be glad to show it when you get to where you are going! Let him off his leash, watch him run around for a minute and then prepare for him to come and sit on your feet or lean up against you begging to be rubbed on. He's really a fun dog and will be perfect for an active family. Dilly is waiting to steal the heart and shot gun seat of someone who promises to adore him  You can meet this looker now at Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center, 341 S birdneck Road. Meet Dilly in his kennel or have a caretaker bring him out to say hello by asking for him at the front desk by name and/or ID# 1610-0707. Thank you for considering adoption.
