My name is Independence (Inde for short). My sisters and I were rescued on Election Day just a few days before Veteran's Day so we have been coined as the Freedom girls! Before my foster mom got me I don't remember being held but I am getting used to it now and I can't believe what I was missing. Learning to live in doors has been a nice change too! Just like my sisters I love to lay in front of the fire place! My foster mom named me Independence because I am so independent, I don't mind being the only one to climb out of my pen and I don't mind being alone although I do love to play keep away from my sisters. My favorite thing to do is escape my pen then run around the outside teasing my sisters because they can't get out on their own yet. My foster mom says I'm really smart. I would love to find my furever home, squeaky toys are a must! My Adoption fee is set at 250, this includes the spay, a month of pet insurance, a microchip, shots up to date of adoption and a wellness check at our vet within 72 hours. If you are interested in me please download the application found @ katesrescue.org as a word document to a computer and send the edited version to us at happydance@katesrescue with “Independence” as the header.
