Facts about Cooper

  • Breed: Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier Mix
  • Color: Black - With White
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
  • Sex: Male
Cooper was recently returned because of his dislike for cats. He was adopted as a puppy and is now about 2 years old. He is a lab/pit mix is our guess. He is very sweet with people and other dogs, just isn't thrilled with cats and would probably hurt other small animals also. He needs a NO cat home. He is neutered, up to date with shots, microchipped, on HW and flea prevention. If you are interested in Cooper and don't have any cats, please submit an application on our website. This is a video of him at the dog park with some of his friends: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8C7kb54Vp5c

About Hubbards Hounds Dog Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

The rescue was started in 2008 and we are dedicated to providing shelter dogs, puppy mill dogs, and owner turn-ins a second chance at a good life. Director Susan Hubbard will do everything possible to ensure the care of a dog. I own 3 rescue dogs and a rescued cat, all adopted from rescues or shelters. Every dog is important and the right home is out there for all of them! "Saving one dog at a time"

Come Meet Our Pets...

We don't have a kennel, meeting a dog can be arranged by appointment once an application has been submitted and approved.

Our Adoption Process...

This rescue group does have a contract and donation requirement to adopt a dog. This helps us to ensure the dogs safety for the remainder of his/her life and to continue to rescue dogs in need to rehome them. An applicaton must be filled out on our website www.hubbardshounds.com, references checked, an interview done and a home visit check.
