Prissy is a very pretty 4 1/2 month old fluffy medium haired white with gray markings spayed female kitten. She is a little bit shy, but warms up with gentle pets and attention. Which is understandable as she and her family were living outside fending for themselves before they were rescued. She will need a some time and patience to adjust to a new home, but once she feels safe, she will blossom into the wonderful companion we know her to be. She is extremely sweet. She is also playful and will need a home where she will be played with on a regular basis. She would love to be adopted with her sister, Emma (who is a DSH mostly gray girl) and/or her mother, Ellie, a pretty young fluffy Gray with White Tuxedo markings spayed female. There is a discount for adopting more than one. If you have children in your home, she cannot be with children under 6 years old per our policies, and would also not do well with loud or over-active children, but she should be O.K. with older, calm, cat-friendly older children who are able to be very gentle and patient with her and understand her shyness. She is doing well with the other cats and the cat-friendly dog in her foster home, but due to having to be leery of dogs and coyotes when she lived outside, it will take a little time for her to adjust to a new dog. Come meet this adorable little kitten (and her sister & mother) to see if you have the safe, calm, patient, lasting home they need. They are currently in foster care, so please call the shelter (303) 274-2264 to make arrangement to meet them.
