Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Emmy is an adorable 11-year-old female Main Coon/persian mix with long silky fur coat, thick fluffy tail, green eyes, ear tufts, and whiskers a mile long! At 6.5 pounds she is small for her breed. She loves being a lap kitty with her favorite people, likes being picked up and cuddled, and enjoys being scratched between her ears and under her chin, stroked, and groomed . Emmy is very friendly, affectionate, intelligent, playful, curious and energetic. She is an active girl who likes to explore and find her own special hiding spots. She loves to play with people and other cats. She isn’t a huge fan of balls and mouse toys, but she LOVES interactive play so that she can chase pieces of string, laser dots, and toys on the end of a string or wand. Emmy is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and in excellent health. Her most recent annual physical exam was in July 2016. She always uses her litter box.Emmy is strictly an indoor cat. Her cat companion of 10 years recently passed away, and she now needs to find a new home with a person who can give her lots of attention and play time, and preferably in a quieter household with another cat with whom she can play. Emmy has never had any experience with kids. Meet her in Arlington, VA Posted 11/15/16
