Porky is best friends with Sally. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
Porky and Sally are a bonded pair of potbellied pigs, who are 1-2 years old. Porky weighs 150lbs. They were rescued from living in filthy conditions. Both had to relearn how to walk on solid ground, after being removed from their former owner. Porky has since been neutered and is still working on socialization with humans. He and Sally and will need a home together. They are both currently living outdoors, but we were told, they had lived indoors previously. ADOPTION FEE $100/PAIR. APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED. LOCATION: KENTUCKY Pig Rescue Mafia, Inc. is a national foster based rescue. Each of our pigs listed are in the care of a foster family. You can apply to adopt by visiting our website www.pigrescuemafia.com. Each applicant is required to provide vet reference, zoning information and allow for a home visit. Adoption fees are individualized for each pig. Each adoption fee, allows us to provide needed vet care to ready a pig to travel. Any remaining funds go towards helping the next pig in need.
Pig Rescue Mafia, Inc is a Registered Non Profit (not yet 501c3) dedicated to assisting unwanted pet pigs, exotic and farm animals, find forever loving homes. We work as a nationwide foster based rescue and rely on donations to provide needed vet care for animals in our care.
Our Adoption Process...
We require an adoption application, educational interview, home visit and meet and greet. Additionally adopters are required to show proof of zoning laws in their community and locate a specialized vet, prior to adoption.
