Rosemary is a cute 2 year old about 7 pounds beautiful black markings on a tan/fawn coat, she has thin fur on the top of her body and legs and face but you can see she's part hairless from the face wrinkles to no hair on belly rear end and behind ears it's smooth and very soft the shape of her chest is that of a hairless
Rosemary lived with a older man which suddenly died so the neighbor took over but she has since moved and per landlord cannot keep another so Rosemary and her sibling brother Ike looking for a forever home either together or separate
Rosemary is a mellow lap dog she lives with 3 other smaller chihuahuas of each gender without any issues
everyone gets along.
We are only looking to place her into an adult home as she has never lived with kids, she most likely would be fine with a older girl over 12 years but really not a kids dog
A quiet home where someone has time and a warm lap to sit on more of a home body type as she has not gone many places but could possibly learn to become more social but not a on the go daily type of dog
She loves to be held and sleep in bed with you
please be breed experienced

Rosie is pad trained (very faithful to the pad), very sweet nature.
Fiesty girl who's independent but very sensitive too.
She loves to give loves.

About Save A Dog Today (Matchmaker&Adoption Center)

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a 501 non profit rescue

We educate dog owners of the IMPORTANCE to spay/neuter their pet(s). Find foster homes where rescue dogs can stay safe until adopted out. Help place owner surrender dogs.

Pull dogs out of kill shelters, rehabilitate, provide them with love, care and medical treatments, then find the perfect match for dog and human.

We don't just find a good home, but the best possible match for dog and human. We have a 99% of NO return dogs. Because we consider the dog and human lifestyles, and carefully select the right home as we want dog/human to be together happily ever after. Adopting a dog is a big decision/responsibility and should be carefully thought of by each family member.

Come Meet Our Pets...

No Formal Shelter, all our dogs are in foster homes

Our Adoption Process...

How our adoption process works:
First Step: E-mail us for a online application or see our website at sadt.info

Second Step: Once we receive your application we will e-mail you back to let you know that we received it .
We will then review your application which can take about 2 days, once approved someone will contact you either by phone or e-mail.

Should you not get approved that does NOT mean you are not a suitable home, but that the dog you choose is not the best fit to your lifestyle or the dogs lifestyle.

We try to match dog and human as best as possible to not just have a happy ending but the dog will hopefully stay in that home "forever.
Third Step: To get approved your Vet references need to check out, meaning that you took prev. pets or current pets to the Vet for at least their Rabies shots, showing that you're a responsible pet owner.
Fourth Step: Once the Vet references check out we will set up a physical home check (or get pictures from you), someone will come to your home, check the fencing, place the dog will sleep, meet all family members, that is to assure us that the animal will be save and live happily ever after.
Fifth Step: Once the home check is approved, you can then come meet your "dream dog" and take him/her home with you, after signing adoption contract
paying the required adoption fee by either cash or check.
We always try to work as fast as possible as we know you are excited to get your new family member home. There will be times that we have family emergencies or are sick so the adoption process could be slowed a bit, we appreciate your patience!
