Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sometimes, for reasons unknown, a kitten simply does not emerge from his or her spay/neuter surgery quite the same. Hilton is one such case. She was severely disoriented with a decided curve to the left after surgery. She would turn in counter clockwise circles, no longer able to walk straight. At first, she couldn't eat, potty, or walk. It was heartbreaking, much like the effects of a stroke. Though there is no way to know if a stroke caused this, one thing is certain - Hilton is a tough kitten! She has adapted her behaviors to be able to walk in a way that counterbalances her alignment issue. She has relearned how to eat, drink, potty in the box, and play! She can't play as rough as she used to or jump as well, but she has no idea that anything is wrong. She still LOVES to be snuggled and pet, perhaps more so. She is incredibly affectionate and has n other issues. She will need an adopter prepared for her quirkiness and perhaps a 1 or 2 cat home where she is guaranteed a lot of love and attention and would be safe from any dominant or territorial cats.
Adoption fees will be discussed with serious adopters. Her fee will include her rabies, spay, FRCVP series, microchip, and all of her medical care while with us.
