Meet Ava! Ava is a 3-4 year old petite Tuxedo girl. She has lovely markings, cute short legs and the most beautiful eyes that will melt your heart. Ava has not had an easy start to her life. She was surrendered to a local animal shelter, through no fault of her own, but she totally shut down in the shelter as the environment was too stressful for her. Luckily, she was able to move into a foster home where she is doing great! Ava is very sweet and is looking for a new forever family who can give her extra TLC and be patient with her, as she can initially be scared and timid in new situations. But as soon as she knows she is safe, she will seek out lots of love and attention and be your best friend. She enjoys her food and treats and is not a picky eater. Ava is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. Ava lived with a dog and another cat in her previous home and got along fine with both of them. She would do well as an only pet or as an addition to a home that includes other furry friends.
