Lavendar's Story...
This gal is Lavendar, or Lovey, as we call her. She is one of the most loving kitties we have encountered! She also is still very kitten like and loves to play. Lavendar’s favorite toy is her tail!! It gets her very upset when she can’t reach it and makes it very entertaining to watch her! She also loves to play predator. Once she kills one of her little toys she will walk around with it meowing, calling everyone to dinner.
We have been fostering Lavendar for a couple of months now and can get very detailed about her behavior and personality with you. She is completely vetted and move-in ready. It would be wonderful to see this beautiful girl get her own forever home just like she deserves.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lavendar, a Santa Ana Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Santa Ana, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Santa Ana.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Ana already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Ana breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Ana paves the way for another one to be saved.
