I'm Sable, a Siamese mix little lady approximately 4 months old (as of 11/2016). I have beautiful lake blue eyes and a gorgeous palette of white, beige and chocolate colored fur and a cute "raccoon like" mask on my face.
Everyone wants me because I'm stunning but I need someone special who can understand my shy nature. I'm not the right cat for first time cat owners, chaotic or loud homes with young children and dogs, or those expecting instant gratification with a new pet.
What I do need is a cat savvy person who will give me the time, patience and love to adjust and trust and like any friendship worth having, the time invested will pale in comparison to the special bond that can last 15-20 years.
I've come a long way from the day I was rescued off the streets. I've learned that humans have gentle hands, bring food and toys and lots of love. I guess you could say I'm a work in progress - a potential work of art!
However, once I feel safe and comfortable in my environment, I'm your average 4 month old kitten. I'm very sweet - not a mean bone in my body, I'm playful and love carrying around little fuzzy toy mice, climbing up and down the cat tower, chasing the laser pointer and just running around with my cat buddies.
So, if you have a kind heart and some patience, I know you will not be disappointed with me.
