Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mittens the playground kitten, named by the eighth graders who visited with her at their school, has a bit of a name-confusion. You see, the third-graders she also played with at recess when she was homeless and outdoors called her Oreo! A caring teacher and Anjellicle foster couldn't stand to see such a sweet kitty suffer homelessness, so she scooped her up and took her home. Mittens loves to be around people, held in your lap, carried around, or simply sitting by you on the sofa, occasionally gazing lovingly up at you--or on your desk, keeping you company while you work. She doesn't know a stranger and will enthusiastically greet anyone with loud purrs and head bumps. Mittens is a treat enthusiast, so if her bag of treats is within reach, she will carry it to you to let you know she wants one. She gets along well with dogs, instigating play with her doggy foster sister. So, if you're looking for a sweet, cuddly, vocal kitten companion, Mittens is your girl. She was born around 6/21/16.
