Facts about Morris

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Orange Or Red
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Morris is a super sized orange tabby girl with tiger stripes. She is short haired and very neat.

Morris has a quirky nature and is very entertaining with her antics at times. She can run full throttle across you in bed, and then come up purring for cuddles, as if to apologize for the upset. She likes to crawl under covers and snuggle up. She will need a safe yard to go outside in to explore and share with her family the delights of sun and birdsong. Morris is about 5 years old. A wonderful girl full of personality.

About Clear Creek Cat Rescue - Anchorage

About Our Rescue Group...

Clear Creek Cat Rescue is a group of individuals in Alaska dedicated to rescuing cats in need, giving them care, rehabilitation if needed, and finding happy homes for them. We each give what we can to help these cats get through this most unfortunate time in their lives when they have been taken to the pound or are otherwise lost and homeless. Some of us share our homes with these cats while they are waiting for their forever family, some transport them from place to place, some host adoption fairs, take pictures, post ads. Some offer financial help. We each do what we can to help. And through this dedicated group of people, more than a thousand cats have been saved and found loving homes.
In 2013, we rescued and rehomed approximately 420 cats.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We have weekly adoptions fairs in Anchorage each Saturday and in Wasilla at the Wasilla Petzoo either Saturday or Sunday. Our cats are also available for adoption from their foster homes.

Our Adoption Process...

We require that adopters sign our adoption contract and a no-declawing agreement. There is an adoption fee. Most adult cats are $60 except for those who are sponsored or part of a special. Kittens under 6 months are $100. All adults are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Kittens under 4 or 5 months are not fixed, but the adopter must sign an agreement to spay/neuter the kitten by the age of 6 months.
