Hello, I'm Tierra. I'm a female, black and white, domestic short haired cat that is about 5 years old. I'm slightly famous - many of you have met my kittens, as I was/am a good mom and they all found great homes with loving families. Unlike me, they were all negative for FIV/FeLV. I, however, am FIV+. Don't let that scare you though, FIV cats most often live long, healthy, and relatively normal lives with no symptoms at all. I am a playful sweet girl who would love for you to come meet me, and give me the purrfect forever home I deserve!

Our Adoption Process...

http://www.portsmouthhumanesociety.org/Adoptapet.html

Adoption Process:

1. Find an animal that you would like to adopt and spend time with them.
2. Fill out an adoption application.
3. If the animal you are interested in is not yet spayed or neutered, you can take them home as a Foster to Adopt and return on the scheduled surgery day. After surgery, the adoption will be finalized. Typically adoptions are same day transactions. We can place a hold on an animal for up to 24 hours.
5. A week after your adoption you will receive a follow-up email from the Adoption Manager to see how the animal has adjusted and to offer any assistance if needed.
