My name is Mittens. I was found outside as a brand new Mom with my four kittens right about 2 days old. The person who found me brought me to Peggy Adams. We were placed in their Helping Homes foster program so I could raise my kids inside. Now that my kittens are eating on their own and don''t need me anymore, my job is over and now it is time for me to find my new home.
Mittens are supposed to keep your hands warm. Well with me, I will keep your heart warm as well. I''m one of the most loveable Kitty Kats you will ever meet. And by my cute nature, I''m really like a playful kitten, a girl who doesn''t want to grow up just yet because I''m so loveable and fun! I love to be in the middle of all the action, as I''m one curious girl. But really I think it''s because I like to be front and center, ready to soak in all your love and attention. I love loving, soft, tender strokes-I guess you could say as soft as Mittens! I''m dreaming of your loving touch for all of my days!
Cats need several things to grow up to be happy cats, such as being kept inside, regular vet care, toys, nutritious food, clean water, gentle handling and most importantly, lots of love and attention! Cats live 15 to 20 years on average. We ask that you consider carefully that you can make a lifetime commitment to this pet.
