Facts about Victoria

  • Breed: Pointer Mix
  • Color: Black - With White
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Female
  • ID#: 10796839-CCR1057

Victoria is is approximately 5 years old and the rescue believes that she might be a pointer mix.
She is a very loving and smart girl with lots of energy still in her.
She loves to run around in a yard looking for squirrels and enjoys playing with other dogs and does well with cats. She knows several commands like sit, down, speak, high five and wait till given command to eat.
She can be a little anxious and shy at first when meeting new people, but once she gets to know you and settles in her new home, she will cuddle and bury her nose in your chest while laying on couch or in bed with you.
Victoria is kennel trained, potty trained and is pee pad trained when she can't get outside due to weather.
Victoria would do great with an active family going on daily walks (1 long walk or 2 short walks a day) and does well around kids. Victoria would do okay as an only dog in a household, but might enjoy having another dog in house to play with (or have the opportunity to play with other family dogs or friends). Due to her breed mix, she would do best with a fenced in yard to burn off energy on days unable to go for walks or hikes.

If you are interested in adopting Victoria, please submit an adoption application located on our website, We are asking for a $175 adoption donation for Victoria.  Please note, CCR cannot guarantee the breed composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have no history prior to them entering the shelter.

A minimum $100 donation is required to cover these costs and will vary with each adoption. Please review the adoption policy and procedures and complete the adoption application, which are posted on our website. Once adoption is approved, a signed adoption contract is required.
