Zsa Zsa's Story...
This pup has the chance to travel to Wisconsin on December 10th!

Zsa Zsa here. This little girl is looking for her forever home. She is 8 weeks old and weighs about 4 lbs...she can fit into any home! She is from a litter of 5 and the only girl! Daddy appears to be a schnauzer mix and momma may be a chi mix. Full grown, Zsa Zsa won't be very big, more than likely less than 20 lbs. Zsa Zsa won't be quite 3 months when she arrives in Wisconsin so she will need to be spayed when she turns 6 months. Also, since she is just a little gal, she will need a patient family to help her learn puppy etiquette, as well as house training. Are you this special family?

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit and a meet and greet. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zsa Zsa, a Fort Atkinson Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua for sale in Fort Atkinson, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Fort Atkinson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Atkinson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Atkinson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Atkinson paves the way for another one to be saved.
