Bonnie is an extremely loving, playful and affectionate dog.  She loves people and is very social.  She is very good with older children.  She doesn’t have much exposure to younger children so we can’t say how she’ll react.  She is reactive with other animals and would do best in a home where she is the only animal.  However, she is not aggressive and Gilbert Dogs 24/7 showed that over a 10 day period she was able to interact well with other dogs when given a calming down period.  She does have behaviors that will need to be managed such as leash walking and reactivity with other animals.  So she will require someone with the patience and dedication to work with her on these issues.  In return, they will have a wonderful loving dog and a new best friend.

Our Adoption Process...

Lost Our Home Pet Foundation does require each potential adopter to fill out an application and submit to a home visit prior to adoption from us. We also ask our adopters to sign an adoption contract and pay an adoption fee at the time of adoption. These requirements help us to ensure a positive outcome for everyone involved, including our pets, as well as to continue to help other needy pets. We will also do periodic follow-ups and offer help with any post-adoption issues that might arise.
