Do you want a cat who pays attention to you? Boone is that cat! His favorite things are kisses and headbutts and pets and food! He will share all but the last one with you!
Boone came to Feline Rescue when the person who was feeding him as a neighborhood cat noticed that he'd lost part of his tail and needed some attention. While the vet was tidying him up, they discovered that he was a friendly fellow who much preferred being inside. He is sleek and compact with beautiful eyes, and his tail nub makes him look like a bunny or a bobcat and he uses it expressively.

Boone is still a little wary of change and would do well in a predictable environment. Currently he runs behind the sofa when the door to his room is opened, but is quickly coaxed out and every day he hides a little later and a little less. He gets along fine with the resident cats and would probably love a buddy to curl up with.

Do you want to be my best friend? I'd like a calm home where I can have some time to adjust. Let's meet! Please call Molly at 651-295-3758.

About Feline Rescue, Inc.

Our Adoption Process...

By adopting a Feline Rescue cat you will be supporting a caring, no-kill shelter and making room for one more homeless cat. We are always looking for good, safe, loving homes for our many cats and kittens. We want to be sure placements are a success for both parties, so before we send our feline friends home with anyone, we ask you to fill out a basic questionnaire. Since we work with cats everyday we will be able to suggest a perfect match to your needs. If a sponsorship fits your schedule better, you may support a cat of your choice and we will send you pictures and updates. All of our cats are feline leukemia/FIV tested, fecal tested, neutered/spayed, vaccinated and all of our kittens are vet checked, fecal checked and given their first set of shots. All receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. We charge an adoption fee to offset these costs. Adoption Hours: We are open seven days a week for adoptions, but our hours do vary because we are staffed entirely by volunteers. Call (651) 642-5900 for specific times and more information.
