Figaro's Story...
Meet Figaro! He was born around 10-1-2016, and is as sweet as can be. He is playful, cuddles, and purrs when content. Figaro is being fostered together with his siblings Fonzie, Hemmingway and Hendrix. They arrived to us on 10-29-16 from Hazard Co., KY where they were on the Euthanasia list. We got a call and said we have 15 minutes to say yes or they would be gone. We couldn't let them die, and immediately said YES! Omgosh so happy we did. The entire litter are such sweet kitties. These kitties came in with a bad upper respiratory infection but are already almost fully recovered. They will be ready for their forever homes on 11-26-16 when they turn 8 weeks old.

He is being fostered in a home in Aurora, which is where you would go meet him with an approved adoption application. You can find find the adoption application by going to our website at, and clicking on the forms tab. We do not have a physical building so there are no viewing hours, thus the reason for the application needs to be submitted prior to making an appointment for a meet and greet with this adorable kitten. If you see this this post, she is available for adoption so there is no need to email us asking about availability. We update regularly

Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but is required prior to making arrangements for a meet and greet as all of our animals are cared for in homes. We can't schedule meet and greets until the application is submitted and approved. We don't have a building so there are no viewing hours. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes by wonderful families who volunteer their time to save these precious souls. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The adoption fee of $125.00 includes:
Spaying/Neutering when old enough, you will receive a coupon.
Up-to-date on routine vaccination for FVRCP
Regular deworming while in our care

Figaro is too young to be fixed. There is a $100 fully refundable spay/neuter deposit to ensure it is done. You will receive a coupon for one of our participating vets to have that done when he is older. Neutering is a mandatory part of adoption. Once we receive confirmation that the spay is done, your check, which we are holding, will be voided.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Figaro, a Naperville Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Naperville, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Naperville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naperville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naperville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naperville paves the way for another one to be saved.
