Simon is a small Jack Russell Terrier and Pomeranian. He is 4 1/2 years old, neutered, vaccinated, and house trained. Simon gets along well with other dogs, and is a very happy, very friendly tail-wagging dog who loves to play any time. He loves to go for long walks. He always finds something to amuse himself with, like chasing birds, squirrels, or trying to catch a fly on summer days. He enjoys playing or sunbathing in the backyard, but wants to make sure that people he loves are close by.
Simon loves and is very social with other dogs. He hasn't been around cats, so we do not know how he will react. His favorite things are to play fetch (he doesn't easily give up the toy and wants you to chase him) or to snuggle up right next to you on the couch, especially when it gets chilly and you throw a blanket on. He sleeps on his favorite dog bed with his little blanket in the bedroom, and wakes up early in the morning to greet you with kisses.
Little Simon's parent couldn't keep him anymore since she had to be away up to 16 hours a day for work leaving Simon by himself. So we are looking for a new home and loving family for this sweet little 12 pound pup. He was very much loved, had great care, and has had the same owner since he was a tiny puppy-he came from a family friend and was one of a litter of 4 puppies.
