Hello, meet Pablo!  He is a polite, loving, pup who is eager to please and enjoys meeting you with a friendly greeting.  Pablo is not much of a barker, usually only barking while playing or during the night when he needs a potty break.  However, he currently is a chewer and we are working hard with him to understand boundaries around the behavior.  Since he is still a young pup, he is also still learning housetraining and letting us know when he needs to go out, but he doesn’t have accidents in the kennel, which is terrific and the rest of the time we make sure to take him out frequently.  He is great about going immediately in a designated spot if instructed and he does understand the words “go potty."  He is also learning to walk on a leash properly, but doesn't pull a lot against the leash now.   He loves his walks and is very friendly to people passing by.  He is a bit nervous around moving vehicles, but he is getting better with that. Pablo's crate training has gone well and he willingly goes in.  Now and then he is vocal for a minute or two, but quiet if he’s getting plenty of exercise and needs a rest.  So far, he has learned the sit command and we are working on the others.  As he is quite food motivated and picks up on things quickly, I am sure his training will advance in leaps and bounds.

Pablo is very playful and loves chewing and tug games. Currently, his favorite toys are a stuffed dragon and a nylabone.  He isn't a big fan of catch, in fact, won't play at all.  His other favorite play activities are wrestling with our resident dog and climbing my daughters mini slide, hanging out on top for a awhile, sliding down and then repeating. It is so cute to watch!

Pablo loves being with his humans and will cuddle on our laps while we pet his head and he especially loves belly rubs.  He is fantastic with my 3 year old daughter and enjoys playing with her and doesn't seem deterred by he excited high pitch squeals!  He is high energy, so needs a family who will be sure to make sure he is engaged and exercised.  He is such a sweet and lovable puppy, he deserves a wonderful new home, will it be yours?
