Hi there! My name is Sammy, and I am up for adoption with my bonded buddy Katey. I am a 7 year old Labrador mix, I'm housetrained, and I'm super sweet. My foster person says I'm easy to take care of -- I love everyone, I haven't stopped wagging my tail since I came to my foster home, and I'm quiet and calm. My only issue is, and you might be able to guess it from my picture, is that I am ... well, I would say I'm definitely on the chubby side. The vet says she'd like me to lose 30 pounds. So I'm on a diet at my foster home, and we're working on it. It's okay -- going for walks gives me the chance to brush up on my leash skills, since I can pull a bit. I take care of my best friend Katey, too. She can be a bit shy, but I'm outgoing enough for two dogs! So, if you like snuggles, walking and hanging out, you are in for a double-treat, because Katey and I are looking for someone just like you!!
All of our pets need to be kept as indoor pets and we do require a home visit as part of the adoption process. Landlord (if applicable), vet and personal references will be called.
The adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, microchip and vaccinations.
