Oreo is a real sweet, happy dog with cute floppy ears, and he needs adopted ASAP!  Unfortunately, he is now the male dog that has been at our county shelter the longest.  Oreo is what we call a no-brainer.  He's good with kids, dogs, already house-broken, and he's even good with cats!, so he'll adjust easily into his new home.  Oreo is already neutered, current on his vaccines, hearworm negative, and micro-chipped.  He is also a 'name your price' adoption!  His time is now short at the shelter where he's been waiting for someone to come for him since early August.  That's a long time for a dog to wait.  He's much cuter in person.  This photo does not do him justice.  Please give him a chance, so he has a nice home for the holidays.  Please don't delay!  His animal ID# is A1766265.  Oreo is the perfect size at under 50#.  The shelter is located at 7100 Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach, about a quarter mile west of Jog Road on the south side.  You can call ahead to see whether he's still available:  (561) 233-1200 by referring to his ID#.  Please do not call A.R.F., e-mail A.R.F. or complete an adoption application regarding Oreo.  He is not in our care and is at the county shelter waiting for you.  This is a courtesy posting for him in the hopes that he gets liberated from the shelter real soon!

About Animal Rescue Force of South Florida, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

Animal Rescue Force of South Florida is a non-profit, ALL VOLUNTEER, 501(c)3 organization that rescues homeless and unwanted dogs and cats from high kill shelters and elsewhere, and finds them good, forever, loving homes.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Many of our animals are in foster homes, but we do have some cats and dogs at our Adoption Center in West Palm Beach. We also have adoptable cats on site at several PetSupermarket locations throughout Palm Beach County, as well as at the Delray Beach PetSmart. We have adoption events on most weekends all over Palm Beach County. Please visit our website, www.animalrescueforce.org, and click on Events to see what events are coming up.

Our Adoption Process...

A potential adopter fills out an adoption application in person or online. The application is reviewed by an Adoption Counselor. Then that applicant is interviewed and, if the candidate and the pet are a good match, the paperwork is completed to finalize the adoption.
