Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Just like an olive is the perfect complement to a martini, Olive is the perfect complement to a full family! She's a 10 month old rat terrier pup who is sweet as can be. Olive arrived at ACL as a stray, and though she was frightened, she was always sweet. She's a gentle girl who errs on the side of submissiveness - sometimes you can startle her just by being too effusive with your praise! She loves to cuddle and be pet, and she's clearly a dog who gets confidence and calm from being connected to her humans. Olive will likely open up over time, and rat terriers have a TON of personality! Her adopters can expect a spunky little girl one she's comfortable. Olive is good with gentle, tolerant dogs, but we wouldn't recommend this particular breed with cats or small animals. Because she's a bit timid, she'll do best in homes with kids 6 and up.
