Harriett will happily sit in your lap for hours if you let her. She is very playful and will roll in catnip until she drools. She also likes to sit on the top ledge of her cat tree to look out the window and meow at people walking by.
Harriett gets along with a dog in her current home, but she has never been tested with other cats. She would really thrive as the one and only pet in the home to have a human companion all to herself. She greets her current mom at the door when she comes home from work; she is very dog-like. She is not one to hide. She likes to be out in the open, playing and exploring.
She loves people but runs from small children, so she’d do best in a home with adults and teens. When it’s cool out, she likes to join her mom in bed. When it’s hot, she prefers sleeping in her cat tree. She has perfect litter box habits.
She is extremely healthy and has been well taken care of. She has all her claws. She is spayed, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, virus-tested negative and micro-chipped. Her adoption fee of $75 includes everything you need to care for her: carrier, litter box, litter, food, bowls, cat tree, toys and vet records.
Her current mom found her in a construction site and has raised her from a tiny kitten. Sadly, due to worsening allergies and asthma, she is forced to find her new living accommodations.
