COURTESY POSTING FOR KARMA:  7 years old / 50 lbs.  Hi, Friends! I’m Karma. I used to live in Los Angeles near the beach after my foster parents pulled me from a desert shelter. It took a lot of time, effort, and love to re-adjust to family life, but now I love showing off my home (and my belly!) when friends and family come over to visit.  I have done a lot of exploring-romping in the Pacific Ocean, climbing through Zion in Utah, camping in Texas, and more! People always give me compliments on my unique sense of style, even though I wear the same thing every day!  I’m a pretty mellow fellow as I do enjoy a good snooze, but I am alert, letting you know about anyone at the door, but I don’t see any reason to bark all the time. Sirens? Fireworks? Whatever, they don’t bother me. Naps are better!  I am giddy for walks (see this grin?!), but I understand, you’ve gotta get the leash on, so I can be patient, just ask! But then…. let’s go! I’ve got my commands down pretty good, and I can sit and wait on the walk or in the house. And I’ve got a few party tricks to impress your friends!  I’d prefer your company to other animals. I had it pretty rough in my early years-a couple of angry dogs put me in the hospital, so I’m pretty nervous around them and would be best in a home without other pets or small kids. I don’t really know what to do when meeting new people, so it’d be helpful if you can introduce me. I also take some medicine at meal-time due to epilepsy, but I haven’t had any problems in years!  Do you have a yard?! Are there squirrels?! I’m sooo good at tug-of-war! I’d really like to be in a home with an understanding owner - someone who is interested in some real friendship and wants to keep teaching and loving on me. Also, Brett said he’d throw in some private training sessions with my favorite guy at Atlanta Dog Trainers! I’ll earn my keep with nuzzles, gratitude, and excitement!  I’d really like to meet you! Let’s take a walk!  Please feel free to call, text, or email Brett Mayfield at 404.408.5951 / wbrettmayfield@gmail.com to learn more about me and fill out an application. I'm current on vaccinations, spayed, and my adoption fee is $ 100. This is a courtesy posting, and Mostly Mutts has no first-hand knowledge of Karma and explicitly disclaims any liability for any situation arising from this private adoption.

About Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption

About Our Rescue Group...

Who We Are:

Mostly Mutts is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization, staffed almost entirely by volunteers!
Our Mission is to help the Unwanted, Abandoned, Abused and Sick animals in our local counties. We fulfill this mission by working closely with County Animal Control Facilities, saving those who are in imminent danger of euthanasia, or those with needs which require specialized vet care that many other groups will not consider: major orthopedic issues, heartworm positive treatment, skin conditions, neglect and abuse

Please visit our website, www.mostlymutts.org for additional information about adopting a new best friend!
