Amy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Amy's Story...
Amy is a pure bred Boston Terrier – she is nine or ten years old and has a ton of energy! She likes everyone – no behavior issues with dogs at all. Initially she did not like the cats, but they’re all fine now. Because she is still “boston spazzy” I wouldn’t put her with a young child who might pull on her ears or skin.

Amy flies around the house and the park and sleeps right next to her foster on the bed. She does not want to be left alone for long periods of time, so a home where folks are around is much better.

She’s as sweet as they come!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Amy, a San Francisco Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier for sale in San Francisco, or seeking a Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in San Francisco.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Francisco already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Francisco breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier breeders who help with Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Francisco paves the way for another one to be saved.
