Facts about Loki the Love-bug

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Brown Tabby
  • Age: Young
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 10799970-Tara
  • Hair: Short

Rescued from a backyard in Brooklyn, Loki is a loving cat with a huge heart who is way too gentle for the outdoors lifestyle. He doesn’t belong on the streets and he loves to snuggle up with humans, which is why he’s safe inside now and hoping to find his new forever home. From what he’s heard, it sounds even better than a foster home!

Super social, affectionate with people, and great with other cats, Loki is an all-around sweetheart with a perfect personality. He’s an amazing guy who purrs and cuddles with his fosters—and with guests! Currently, Loki is being fostered with another Brooklyn Animal Action kitten, Pugsly, and they get along swimmingly. It would be incredible if they could be adopted together, although Loki can also go to a home with another cat. He’s down to hang with anyone and everyone!

Loki is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and tested negative for FeLV/FIV. If you’d like to schedule a playdate with this fun and friendly fellow, contact Tara Green at catsbkny@gmail.com!

Thank you for thinking of animals in need - your support allows us to help the next furry sweetheart!

All Brooklyn Animal Action dogs and cats are available to foster or adopt.

About Brooklyn Animal Action

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a Brooklyn-based group of volunteers committed to improving the lives of animals in distress by working with our communities. We are dedicated to Trap-Neuter-Release programs, finding homes for adoptable animals, performing community outreach and education, and engaging in advocacy.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Please email us at BrooklynAnimalAction@gmail.com if you are interested in meeting one of our rescued cats.

Our Adoption Process...

Interested adopters can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt one of our animals, they must fill out an adoption application. If that is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for a donation to help us continue our work.
