How Amiga came to the shelter is a pretty sad one, so we are so happy she is with us now and can find the perfect home that she so deserves. Amiga is a sweet, gentle, loving, 8-year-old girl who has had a hard time with shelter living, but she is starting to settle in and enjoy all the love she is getting from our caring volunteers. Once you start petting her, the purr machine starts and she is so content. She had bloodwork done and her pearly whites have been cleaned, and our vet says she is a very healthy girl who just needs lots of love again. We feel she would do best in a quiet home as the only pet. We all LOVE Amiga - she is one special girl to all of us.
