Hi my name is Haley and I am an 8yr old corgi. I am looking for someone who is looking for me :) I need a new home. My human dad passed away 2yrs ago and now my mom is in a home off the mountain. My caregivers love me and want to bring me home but I do not get along with their dog or cat. I have been an only dog of 2 elderly parents and have not been around many children and do not get along well with other animals. I will make a great companion to someone who is lonely and wants a friend. I am a herding breed and a great protecter. I like to do my rounds in the yard and am great at keeping the critters under control, last week I caught a gopher.
I am happy and spunky, but I do have a bit of a sore back end so I don't get many walks anymore but I do get to run in my yard and I love it! I just like being near who I love and have quite the personality, I am a smart girl and a Guaranteed love affair. Copy and paste the ap below into an email, complete it and send to our rescue. Adoption process includes the ap, homeck, contract, trial period and adoption donation.
Our adoption process includes: completion of a pre adopt application, homecheck, two week or longer trial period, followup visit if applicable (not for long distance placements), an adoption contract, adoption donation which is posted on each dog's bio and lifetime return of our adopted dogs. We look for forever homes and do not place our dogs with families with small children under the age of 8 years unless they are extremely well mannered with diligent parents who supervise the youngsters with the dogs at all times.
